Tinned copper tube butt connectors for permanently joining two stranded conductors. Non-insulated, with an inspection window so you can confirm the conductor is fully seated before crimping.

  • Body: annealed copper, tin-plated for corrosion resistance
  • Type: non-insulated butt splice (tube) connector with viewing window
  • Conductor range: 4 mm² to 70 mm²
  • Termination: crimp — standard hand or hydraulic crimping tooling
  • Certification: CE, RoHS

Where they are used

  • Splicing conductors in control panels and distribution boards
  • Extending or repairing power, control and earth conductors
  • Switchgear, busbar and cable assembly work
  • Motor leads, transformer tails and general panel wiring

Why tin-plated copper

Tin plating protects the copper from oxidation in damp or industrial atmospheres and keeps the joint solderable. The annealed copper body deforms predictably under crimping pressure, producing a gas-tight, low-resistance connection.
